Dansk Camelina has been reimagined from an overlooked raw material into a staple ingredient in various culinary creations. Through strategic partnerships and innovative work, we have introduced camelina oil, camelina seeds, snacks, and bakery that highlight its unique flavor profile and nutritional benefits. Our efforts have resulted in a ongoing work to introduce Camelina to danes across test kitchens and professional culinary settings, reinforcing its market presence.

Next step will be working with the sidestream from coldpressing camelinaseeds.
